We hire for patience first.
Every one of our teachers holds an Ijazah — a certified chain of transmission in Quran recitation, traced teacher to teacher back to the Prophet ﷺ. All are fluent in Arabic and English.
But qualifications are where we start, not where we stop. The thing we screen hardest for is how a teacher treats a child who has forgotten last week’s lesson — because that moment decides whether a child keeps going.
